If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort out a return or exchange, provided the robe is unused and unwashed with its packaging.
Our 60-night sleep trial applies to bedding, not robes. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act regardless. Full returns policy.
Care
Care
Wash warm (up to 60°) on a normal cycle with like colours. Tumble dry on low to keep the terry lofty. Do not use fabric softener: it coats the cotton and stops it absorbing, and causes excess shedding and pilling, especially while robes are new.
If a loop snags, do not pull it. Snip it off with scissors — pulling a loop drags the pile out of the weave.

Hotel white is the point, not a limitation: it looks clean, it goes with every bathroom, and it never dates. It can also be re-whitened, keeping it looking fresh for many years to come.

Two deep patch pockets take a phone, your glasses or just cold hands. There is a hanger loop hidden inside the collar too, so it lives on the back of the door instead of the floor.
